The Clifton Donation group was opened in 2012, its main purpose at the time was to gift free food hampers to struggling families within our community of Clifton, Nottingham but as the years went on we increased the help we provided to two neighbouring areas Ruddington and Silverdale .

In the five years we having been running we have now gifted over 400 food hampers to families that have had no where else to turn to in their times of need.

We follow a criteria for anyone that requests help from us and use the Trussle Trust criteria to help us make sure we are helping all those truly in need .

Aswell as food hampers we also give help to local eldery care homes gifting them Christmas Hampers to make Christmas so much more special to the eldery living in the homes .We also take part in donating Easter Eggs to local schools and Specialist learning schools and the eldery care homes every year.

The group also does a lot of fundraising for other charities within our community .

All of this is only possible by members of our wonderful community donating their unwanted items that we can auction off.
