Neo Natal Appeal

********** ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ********** We ran our appeal through the Clifton Community Group for the baby squares to gift to our local premature wards . The baby squares are used by placing one with mum first and then put under premature baby’s head so they can pick up mummy’s scent , it is believed to comfort them whilst they are too small to pick up and get them used to mummy’s scent making a strong bond for when they can be removed from the incubators. We have had 16 amazing ladies take part within our community and in total they have knitted or croquetched 602 baby squares , 15 prem hats and 10 beautiful umbilical ocoptus comforters.. We have an amazing community and so many wonderful ladies that have taken part each and everyone of them have put love and care into creating these .We shall now be contacting the local neo natal wards and gift these to them on behalf of the Clifton Community ....
